nope i have seen a few horse collars but none called, one i think was on betts in the preseason.

It is bullshit, if that was taylor i know that would have been 15 yards plus a fine. Why doesn't nfl network give him an "attaboy". Stupid stupid refs.

by the way the horse collar rule wouldn't even be in effect unless TO didn't get hurt. I think it doesn't matter who the player is, a rule is a rule and that was a 15 yarder + fine
