Wouldn't seem right if they did. But it's probably a non-issue. We're looking to spend anyway, we'll clear the team minimum. Especially once we sign Trent and Kerrigan after next season, and possibly RGIII.
There's no way the 2016 Redskins aren't going to be a cash over cap team. With the cash spend average at 89%, they'll clear it easily.
