Got same response as @Russellmania980 from GM Bruce Allen about report that Skins failed to carry over $1.3 mill in cap space: "Wrong."
Russell is reporting now that the Skins were actually over the cap by 879k and enter free agency with 19.6 million in cap space.
We can still create a lot.
