How do we fix Special Teams?

Another thought would possibly be a cheap signing like Jacoby Ford, blazing speed. Low cost.

^He'd make a nice 4th WR on offense too. Same with Hawkins from Cincy, should be cheap but a great signing.

Jacoby Jones is another possibility. I don't think we're done with WRs.
