Moore played one year at the University of Texas after a college career that did not go as planned. He originally signed with the University of Alabama in 2009 – redshirting as a freshman and serving as a backup in 2010. He was placed on indefinite suspension in 2011 after a violation of team rules. Moore then transferred to East Mississippi Community College and, eventually, Texas.

Moore started five games for Texas, registering two sacks and eight tackles for a loss.

Three colleges because of a suspension for "violation of team rules". But still good enough to transfer to Texas and get drafted.. Three NFL teams is a more concerning red flag. Perhaps we can get lucky and coach something out of him..
