Skip about halfway thru the video, and you get to the actual footage. (If you click and drag along the slide bar at the bottom of the youtube vid, you get a little preview window where your mouse cursor is. So you can see and skip directly to where the cam footage starts, and skip the commentary I know you won't listen to anyways. The video shows a clearer view of the victim with the spotlight on him. You can see he turned partly around, right before they shot him in the back.
