Re: Detoxing
I had it a few weeks ago, though I think I had food poisioning. Sick as a dog for about 24 hrs, took another couple days to fully recover.

Speaking of, I'm off of mine now -a few days early. Was it worth it? Yeah, for the most part. I do feel better. I haven't needed any caffeine although I have some Chai Latte at home we had purchased prior to the detox that I plan on enjoying the next few mornings. I wound up just losing about 10 pounds - probably mostly water weight. I can usually lose the first initial 10 pounds pretty easily anyway by just cutting back on a few things and working out harder. I won't be doing this detox for awhile though. I DO plan on maintaining a healthier, cleaner diet - especially during the week.

Re: Detoxing
Yeah it sucks man. Try to pound as much water as you can. Half the battle is just getting hydrated again. I took probiotics for a few weeks too.

Re: Detoxing
Not on the detox anymore but trying to remain a healthy eating lifestyle. I had my shake today and just got through eating some carrots and some fruit. Not sure what I'm going to do for lunch just yet since I have to run several errands during lunch and didn't bring anything to eat. Will probably either grab a veggie sub from Subway or a grilled chicken sammich.
