Well okay FIRST OF ALL you'd think they'd let me talk to my brother if he was there. Still I don't see why you'd suggest I was calling them to talk to my brother.

Regardless they should have understood my follow up request when I told them in perfect Spanish "Me estoy perdiendo mis pantalones. ¿Los has visto?" Which for all you single language losers means "It is vital that a speak with a representative about the status of my account post haste."
