Browns owner Jimmy Haslam:

"Here in Cleveland, every where I go people know me, and I was out to dinner recently and a homeless person was out on the street, looked up at me and said 'Draft Manziel."

First, This could explain a lot about the Browns' problems at the QB position.

Second, I'm wondering if we have a homeless person advising our player personnel people. We need to stay current with NFL trends.

Third, I'd like to know if Haslam put a buck in the homeless man's tin cup. It would be tragic if Haslam is the kind of rich person who doesn't carry any currency.
