El-Bashir says Jenkins had a "particularly poor effort" this morning, so I guess the effort just hasn't been there. Like Chico said, perhaps Jay making an example of him? Probably a lack of enthusiasm for special teams had something do with it too. Whatever the case, it's disappointing. Apparently, Maurice Hurt was activated from the non-football injury list.
