Translates to.

The probability of the Giants building a 1.4 billion dollar stadium by themselves is nil. Ideally both teams would prefer taxpayers pay for two stadium. The problem is though the Giants and Jets can't go to tax payers together or separately and ask for money. No one in their right mind would give tax payer money to two football teams with a combined annual income of 500+ million dollars or build each their own stadium. If the Jets alone went to tax payers and got them to build a stadium the Giants would almost certainly work out a deal to be a tenant in this new stadium.
