I feel like the Skins and the Ravens have a relationship where Skins are like the Ravens younger brother; a nuisance and fun to pick on because they're not as good as they are. As brothers, the Skins and the Ravens would be just close enough in age where you're actually able to kick them in the nuts rather than just sit there and take it because you're too young to fight back.

I feel like that's what happens when you have two teams close to each other in proximity and one team is better than the other (at least on paper).
