This again is a problem of bringing in a new head coach and then the Owner/FO telling him the DC stays.

HC needs to have a strong say in who he works with...again this is a failure of the Owner/FO. And we are left with doing the samething we should have done last year, bringing in a new DC when the season ends.

How do we know Allen/Snyder did this? I'm sure Gruden had a say who his coaches were going to be.
