Gruden is are only hope, but he needs a little autonomy from the front office. IMO in order to be successful we need to clean house with some folks in the front office.

Also think bruce needs to go from personel decisions and it's time to hire a real gm

^This. The front office dysfunction and lack of structure there will continue to hold this team hostage until we bring in a real GM.
