I think that like others have posted out - benching RG3 for the rest of the year and then jettisoning him would be a move that would show that we are moving past the BS and are serious about putting only winners on the field. Then again - i'm not sure if Gruden has the power/autonomy to make decisions like that. He seems like a good guy but he knows how it works in DC. It wouldn't surprise me if he's already been told that RG3 plays no matter what...
