Knee Jerk Reaction? Bro, he's a 2nd over all pick making basic mistakes. After hearing what Gruden had to say he's actually worse than I thought. The guy is garbage and the window is almost closed on his career.
No tears here. Can't do epic shit with basic people (Snyder, Allen, Gruden, Haslett, et al).
