What I'm trying to say to you is that you might as well accept that there is going to continue to be some degree of interference with Coach Gruden's plans by higher management.

How long of banging your head against the wall and hurting yourself (14 years?) before you try something different. Albert Einstein said the definition of insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting a different result. Just saying.
