We all know that the odds of Snyder hiring the right person are very low but if he keeps trying he might get lucky.

This is a good post - but my Question is - if Snyder absolutely insists that RG3 is the starter (which almost everything i've read seems to confirm), then no Coach is going to be able to win with the guy. How many years do we suck with RG3 before Snyder finally admits the whole trade was a bad idea? Somebody somewhere on here said we have to give him 8 years. That is wayy to long IMO - i see 8 years of losing seasons...
