At this point no up and coming coaching candidate or GM is going to want to come here. Why do you think Zorn got the gig? Nobody wanted to come here. It'll be the same story when Grudens fired (whether its this year orwhenever).

The only coaches we'll get is guys who nobody else wanted or who obviously aren't HC material. Mainly Snyder will want to hire puppets. Some poor SOB who wants to be a coach so badly he'll go with whatever the big wig wants even if he knows better until he gets sacked and we go through the whole thing again.
