The everything Gruden thread

After having all day to recover from the drubbing by St Louis (actually the humiliation),
I'm centered again.

I believe in Jay Gruden....he is part of the solution in my book.

I think he needs to make some tough choices in order to push the franchise forward, but I really have no doubt that he will figure it out.

The guy has succeeded at every level, every other position he's held.

He knows football.

I think this first year will teach him a lot...I think he's a good natured guy, but unfortunately, I think in order to grow, he'll have to look beyond friendships and make hard decisions.

Ultimately, I think he will.
