The way Fletcher responded is comparable to a girl you like who is known for screwing dudes over, screwing you over... and responding to the screwing by going over to her house and wrecking the place.
Then kicking her dog for good measure. ...Yeah she probably deserved it and it was a long time coming but it was definitely over kill.
