Its never hopeless but this organization doesn't have the ownership to allow the organization as a whole to succeed.

I'm amazed that the owner still cant understand what winning organizations and start doing that himself. All I can believe is that this organization is more interested in having alumni days, food drives, and merchandise sales than winning football because that's what I see when I look at it.
