Hire a competent GM ..... not named AJ Smith.
He has been in-house for awhile with Allen and the DS. We need someone who is not BFFs w Allen. We need someone who will have autonomy from allen/DS. We need someone whose ability to get the job doesnt depend on how well he or she fakes having a good time watching the Superbowl with the DS and Allen.
