AJ Smith running the scouting department and selecting the players will be good for the Redskins. Jay Gruden needs a veteran DC to balance out the lack of experience on this staff. I would like to have a guy like Norton but the inexperience in the role with this media market would set them up for failure. I also think Phillips would keep the linebacker coaches who have done well this season. __________________ That got ugly fast
