Im not sure how GM salaries work, I imagine its a yearly salary with bonuses like many of us. So the sting imo is that Farmer will miss 1/12th of his yearly salary? that hurts. I imagine he will conveniently get an add'l bonus to offset.

If the GM is paid like a player (unlikely), that means Farmer misses 1/4 of his annual salary. thats like "i cant pay my mortgage" type stinging.
