Doesn't seem to think Brady or the NFLPA have a shot in hell at overturning this.

Not as long as Goodell is the judge but also representing the NFL on this. Talk about a conflict of interest.

Judge Goodell: Commisioner Goodell, why should I keep the original punishment?
Commisioner Goodell: Because we're the same person who handed the punishment down in the first case?
