If you have not seen any of this, it may well help to ease the pain of the dead zone before Camp......

Yeah as he really has not been himself for the past two seasons. As he needs to be. Hope he can redeem himself!

Re: All things off season 2015.
So just a random thought...
In several articles, Dan Synder has mentioned that he would love to build a stadium with all of the 'charms' of RFK Stadium. So, once the DC United move out of RFK Stadium, why not demo the entire interior of the stadium, and rebuild it with all of the modern methods and technology. That way you get the retro with the new. Just a thought .

He can't .There is the lease at FedEx and believe it or not much of the wealth of the Skins comes from the team owning FED Ex ,they(the Skins) don't own RFK so how do you propose they do this ?Stadiums in the NFL are running anywhere from 1.5 to 2 billion .

taxpayers pay for stadiums, at least partially, in almost all cases.

I understand that it factors into the face value, but if any team in the NFC East were to go up for sale the price paid would be more than the team is worth according to the numbers. The Giants, Cowboys, Redskins and Eagles would all sell for over 2.5 billion a piece.

Flipping across the channels and came across Djax's new....."reality" show. If mindless inane drivel were an NFL infraction, he would be in Rogers office right crying about a much deserved suspension.

Re: All things off season 2015.
Except for the nearly 300 million dollars new jersey had to spend rebuilding the infrastructure in the area. they also don't really pay any taxes for revenue from ticket sales and other sources of revenue. plus the state has to cover the 100 million dollar bond payment for the old stadium.
but besides that I'm sure the state got a great deal. NFL owners know how to screw local economies one way or the other. |

Again , no the owners paid for any and all infrastructure from the stadium to the roads the state was all ready building as part of the new mall which was already planned to begin with , the old stadium was paid for .
