Cooley touched on this the other day. His opinion is that (1) she is a position coach so they have to listen in some respect; and (2) if she can talk football and technique, guys will listen.

he compared it to when a 26 year old Sean Mcvay was named his TE coach. he said mcvay could talk football with the best of them, super smart and that was all Cooley cared about.

i keep hearing these huge compliments re mcvay, from all types of people. seems like we got ourselves a savant on our hands.
