I don't think Gibbs would have been a darling on HK, but he could manage people and he could adjust at halftime like the best of them. Speeches on HK don't impress me.

I rather have Bill over Jay before ever hearing a HK speech from Bill. I am willing to bet Bill is the coach of Houston next year and Jay is working at Taco Bell with RGIII.
