The talk of a possible trade for Chase Daniel gives me hope that this is just posturing for some sort of trade value but I think Daniels contract is up after 2015 and his cap number is a bit less than RG3 at 4.8 vs 6.8 mil so I think there are some moving pieces like getting a new contract for Daniel and possibly paying $1-2mil for RG3's 2015 salary. Is Chase Daniel worth the give up? I love the kid but I don't know that he is. We'll see how things play out but I sincerely hope that Snyder isn't forcing Gruden and Scot to keep him on the 53 man roster for 2015. If so, this soap opera can't end and we can't move on to play focused football.
