53-man Roster Predictions

Gruden on Rashad Ross:

“Yeah, a no-brainer,” Gruden said on Sunday afternoon when asked about Ross. “You talk about going out there and making plays, you know, and I’d be lying to you if I cut him. You’d say, ‘What about this guy? This guy made all kinds of plays and you cut him, you’re lying.’ So we talk about taking advantage of your opportunities, making plays, and we’re going to do what’s right by you, and the right thing was to keep him.”

I was pleased to see that he said this. He's right. Many people would have thought he and Scot were hypocrites if they had cut Ross. More importantly, by practicing what they preached they kept faith with Ross and the rest of the team.
