yeah, you can't just will yourself to wins in the NFL, you need talent too. I kind of feel like chip is either trying to prove he's a genius that can win with anybody you want him to throw in or that he's a dictator that would rather lose with sheep than win with players that second guess him.

Chip Kelly has always came across to me that he wants people to say the wins are a direct result of him and his system. He doesnt want people to say DeSean Jackson had a great game. He wants people to say that the Eagles won because of his genius. Any time the media praises an offensive player on the Eagles, they are either cut or traded.
