Amazes me that teams don't obsess about O-line strength; it's always struck me as the real key. Better lock up our better players sooner rather than later.

Smart teams do.
The Patriots have used their past 5 first round picks on front 7 or offensive line players.
The Seahawks pretty much have done the same thing, even though they trade away a lot of their picks.
Steelers have used their past 7 picks on front 7 or offensive line players.

It seems smart teams invest on the oline.
