No where did it say he doesn't practice. According to him he isn't getting a lot of reps. Last time I checked most non-starters don't get bunches of reps in practice. That whole preparing the starters for the game and making sure they know the scheme for the week astoundingly takes precedence over a 5th string linebacker getting the reps he feels he deserves.
Of course you're taking him at his word about his practice reps. Why?
