It's so hard to say how much of our improvement has been McCloughan and how much has been Jay and his staff. The answer of course is both, but how much McC, and how much Jay?

The depth is so much better. At the same time guys like Nsekhe and Dunbar have improved since they've been here, that's a credit to coaching/teaching.

Overall very happy with Jay, McVay, Callahan and the rest of the offensive staff (though Jay, McVay and Callahan are the ones that really matter). Defensive staff, jury's still out for me. Breeland has gotten so much better, I'll give them that one. Will Compton, another one. Spaight looks good too. But I need to see them stronger along the D Line to believe the coaching is adequate at that spot.
