watching hard knocks, i would have laughed in his face if he got in my face the way he does his players. i can't take him seriously w that hair, goatee, and in flip flops.

his voice is not intimidating in the least. his comments/criticisms are terrible and usually include threats everyone know will not be carried out.

i think he said something like if the other team scores we all get fired or some shit like that. oooook...
