As bad as the first 3 games have looked, Kirk's rankings on F.O. are encouraging and a good sign in my opinion:
FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | QUARTERBACKS 2016 Kirk is 13th in DYAR and 15th in DVOA. He is ahead of some pretty notable QBs and has looked like dog crap. If, and it's a big if, our redzone efficiency was a little bit better it would be a much different narrative. This is something they can improve with personnel we have by not committing stupid penalties and calling fades over and over.
