Scott M. and Redskins FO made a very public decision by not giving KC a long term deal. The Redskins FO doubted KC professionally and everyone in the Football world knew it. You also doubted him.
Any human being with an once of pride would take that as a challenge. Prove you are worthy.
Putting it into that context, KC was not disrespectful.
He was just reminding one of the guys that doubted him professionally of what he just accomplished.
If it was a little emotional, that is to be expected. KC was vindicated.
Not sure how much more he needs to prove himself?
