How do you know what is going on in practice? As far as raw talent your right Holdman will probably never prove or be better than Lavar but he may fit Williams system better than Lavar. Take Trotter for example he was just an average player for the Skins but look what he did when he went back to Phili.Sometimes I think that a player with less raw tallent can be coached better into some systems than a player with alot of talent who may have a tendence to react by instincts rather than by what they have been taught. Who knows I think we will just have to wait and see how things go.
