I agree with this. Our list of potential GM hires is limited and small because the BEST candidates do not want to work here. Probably because our GM role has no power in this current set up. There is no long line of top GM canidates lined up at our door begging to be interviewed.
We had a small list of lower level candidates for our defensive coordinator open position this summer when the top candidates that were unemployed and looking for work did not want to work here.
We finally have top young, healthy NFL QB that we cannot sign to a long term deal.
This is a real reflection of where Snyder and Allen have this team currently.

There is a long list of folks who have said "no thanks" do to the instability within the building.

Also heard news this morning that Skins are anticipating a lawsuit from McC, so expect another Snyder dumpster fire to be burning brightly in the media.
