He is, but he is best utilized as a slot given our personnel. I'm making the (MAJOR) assumption that Doctson is ready this year... and that Pryor is the de facto outside threat.

I guess my opinion here is that if we were doing a madden rating by position, JC would be a 95 at slot receiver, but a 82 at outside. Sure, line him up in some of the two receiver sets or at running back in your offense, but in the vast majority of plays he should stay put.
