VERY VERY DISTURBING!!! Head coach smiling and laughing at end of game...players laughing walking to locker room..I never saw Gibbs do this ! This is a bad sign ..Gruden is not going to be able to call the plays and keep control of team. He looked like he had way too much on his plate..truth is The top teams in this league would use this as how not to coach a team and act after getting blown up..You guys say its just the first pre season game..I say this has been going on long enough..unless something major happens this is a 6 win team at best and after this non effort I would say we are in trouble...Not because of the players BUT because of the HEAD COACH..Gruden has not got this team at all focused on football.

He is too worried about being friends with the players..way to much joking around etc..I have watched training camp and this has been going on a lot..He is going to laugh himself out of a job..
