You can't tell that he fully regained possession before he touched out OOB, and the ball was definitely loose when he crossed the goal line. If he had re-secured possession in the end zone without going OOB it would definitely be a td. But where do you tell that he re-secured possession in the endzone before touching out? Just a hard call to define, one fanbase would be disappointed one way or the other.

No one else who reviewed that play to see if it was a score mentioned or thought that would possibly be a fumble. He had the ball back wheb he went across. If that was Gronk, I don't see the ref making the same call.
