OK that was an asshole post by me but I wanted to make a point.

IMO abuse is related to power not political affiliation.
People trying to catch a break in the entertainment industry are vulnerable to these predators.

The same goes for abuse by the Catholic Church or Law Enforcement/Military particularly in areas where there is little oversight.

People get off on the abuse of power.
