I prefer continuity but i've seen enough that I wouldn't mind major changes.

I think Dan Snyder should inform Bruce Allen that he will no longer be involved in football-related matters with the team. Then Snyder should conduct a thorough search for a true GM. The new GM will manage all departments of football operations and he will report directly to Dan Snyder.

The new GM would immediately begin working on Free Agency and the Draft.
