All season long most of you have blasted the guy for his play calling and his inability to fire up the team, and not getting it done in the red zone, but most of you want to keep him? You bring up a good point about our RZ problems. And we are downright brutal on 3rd and short. I am not football savvy enough to know where the cause of the Red Zone problems really lie. IIRC, we were not very good in the Red Zone even when we had a healthy team.

Jay is calling the offensive plays, right? Is it even worth it at this point to consider what it would be like if Jay hands over playcalling duties to someone else? Is that something Jay would consider?

I know it isn't good when the team takes away playcalling from a Coach, but do you think changing play callers would help at all?
