Gruden baffles me at times.. He will win more games with Cousins next year than starting over so if I am Gruden I would praise Cousins every chance i could UNLESS he knows something the rest don't. Whos to say that Cousins success isnt due to Gruden, and Seans tutelage and system, and whos to say that if you bring in Dalton or another vet that you cant win more without Cousins than with him? I like Cousins, but i also like and respect Jay and his system. I also feel like if you have made over 40 mil from a team in the past two years you shouldnt need your ego stroked and can take the truth that you played well "at times". "At times" he also turned the ball over at crucial points on the game and couldnt get the job done.
Gruden is being real and i respect that.
