Anyone who wouldn’t trade a ring for a decade of mediocrity is insane.

There are teams out there with no rings, like the Eagles just were. F long term success, one ring is history in the books.

We don't HAVE to go 20 years between rings, 4 or 5 seems ok too.

Ask Fouts or Marino if they would rather have a ring?

IMO Dan would have been the GOAT if he had a couple rings, that dude was throwing for 300 yards a game when it was a run first league and he never had a good RB

Is Marino still selling Isotoners?

He threw for over 5,000 yards in 84. Think about that. That's like 6,000 yards today. Amazing.

Hard to believe Fouts was only two games over .500 as a starter, he not only didn't have much of a running game to help him those Chargers teams had no defense.

And there are teams that are always there and they get the chance to win every year and do sometimes.

I remember when everyone got upset with Snyder for trying to sign guys to win every year.
