There is nothing in that to give a shred of rational thought to why he ranks them. In fact in the one on Bruce he knocks him for maintaining a middle of the pack roster, well then I would think he's a middle of the pack GM. Which is where I would put him, certainly above JJ, not sure about Gettleman, seeing as how he was fired from his last job.
