The players are rich... the cheerleaders likely don't make very much at all. If one of them gets fired for speaking out about the team mistreating them, do you really think they'd be hired by one of the other 31 teams? Why would another team hire them when there are likely hundreds of other women wanting the spot on the squad? As to the tweets from other cheerleaders, not all of them may feel they were harmed. To compare it to another situation - just because Harvey Weinstein harassed some women, that doesn't mean that he harassed every woman he's ever encountered. At this point in time, there is no reason not to believe that these allegations are true. If even one person experienced what was described in the story, that's one too many.
